Learning Se Earning Tak - Women Empowerment In India

“Learning se Earning Tak” is a strategy of SHOUL FOUNDATION to prepare pool of skillful women and girl to earn their through learning the required skills along with their daily work at home. The challenges the young girl and women faces have been exacerbated due to a lack of the professional skills needed for the large mass of female in the country. As all the working age women female are not in the same position on the economic ladder they can pay a handsome amount to enhance their own skills and be capable to earn for their autonomy and empowerment. So, with the gap we observed to fill, have initiated the strategy to provide skills to push them on transforming, making them capable to earn.
