The Livelihood Empowerment is a strategy which pushes the individual and households to earn quality livelihood to come out of poverty for sustaining their life. It is also important for the sustainable development aiming of facilitating the development and promotion through various economic and social activities. To generate opportunities for livelihoods, both on-farm and non-farm sectors integrated into the wider economy remained motive of the foundation.

SHOUL Foundation worked closely with the different sectors to generate livelihoods with equal opportunities for all. With the group of likeminded people we linked market enterprises to locals, grass-roots institutions, self-help groups and production groups to support participation of local to earning livelihood options. SHOUL Foundation is consistently enhance the people earning capacity in the targeted areas have impacted and have empowered the livelihood.
